Texas Mineral Resources's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The competitive landscape is primarily dominated by Chinese producers who control the supply of rare earth elements and can implement price reductions to limit competition. Increased exports from other countries and intensified competition may result in lower prices, reduced profit margins, and loss of market share, potentially impacting the operations of RTMD and the Company. RTMD and the Company may face challenges in competing effectively against existing and future competitors.
