The agricultural and construction equipment sales and distribution industries are highly competitive and fragmented, comprising multi-location regional operators and single-location dealers. Competitors include dealers and distributors of Deere, Caterpillar, Kubota, AGCO brands, and the CNH family of brands. Competition factors include price, value, reputation, product quality and design, technology, customer service such as repair and maintenance, equipment and parts availability, and store proximity. The company recognizes that sales and margins may be affected by aggressive pricing from competing equipment manufacturers.
