Sadot Agri-Foods operates in the global agri-food industry, competing on factors including price, foreign exchange rates, quality, global supply, and alternative products. The company also competes with local farming operations in countries where it owns farmland. In 2025, Sadot Agri-Foods sold its restaurant-related assets and plans to dissolve certain subsidiaries associated with restaurant operations.
