Enerpac Tool Group's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company operates in highly competitive and fragmented markets, facing competition from both larger firms and smaller companies with limited global reach or financial resources. It competes primarily through customer service, product quality and availability, and engineering and research and development expertise. The company's cost structure, strategic global sourcing capabilities, and global distribution network support its competitive position.
