Air T Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

MAC and CSA are two of eight FedEx feeder carriers operating within the U.S. contract cargo carrier market, competing alongside six other FedEx feeders based on safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, price, and service. GGS operates in the aviation ground service equipment market, competing on product quality, reliability, prompt delivery, service, and price against competitors that may have greater financial resources. Rex competes in the Australian regional passenger aviation market primarily against QantasLink, the regional brand of the Qantas group, and other regional operators. Rex's competition focuses on schedule frequency, convenience, price, reliability, and loyalty programs. While some of Rex's competitors are substantially larger with greater financial resources, Rex is the sole scheduled operator on a significant portion of its network.
