The company operates in three primary market segments: Commercial Aircraft, Engines and Parts; Digital Solutions; and Regional Airline. The Commercial Aircraft, Engines and Parts segment includes managing and leasing aviation assets, supplying surplus and aftermarket commercial jet engine components, commercial aircraft disassembly and part-out services, parts sales, procurement services, and overhaul and repair services for airlines. The Digital Solutions segment provides digital aviation and other business services within the aviation industry, generating recurring subscription revenues. The Regional Airline segment offers scheduled regional passenger, freight, and charter airline services, as well as pilot training in Australia, operating a fleet of Saab 340 aircraft that serve regional communities and connect passengers to major metropolitan centers. This segment includes the activities of Regional Express Holdings Pty Ltd ("Rex"). The company assesses segment performance based on operating income (loss) and Adjusted EBITDA.
