Established vertical ground launch providers, with proof of delivering payloads into orbit, including SpaceX, United Launch Alliance, International Launch Services (ILS) and Rocket Lab, as well as foreign space agencies such as Arianespace, Roscosmos (GK Launch Services), ISC Kosmotras, the Indian Space Research Organisation?s PSLV, Japan?s H-2 and H-3 and the European Space Agency?s Vega;
