Petros Pharmaceuticals Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The ACNU Rx-to-OTC licensing marketplace is expanding, with potential competition from companies offering proprietary, licensable technology. Idea Evolver is identified as a technology firm providing support to sponsors in ACNU switch platforms and developing platforms that may be licensed to other companies. Currently, no FDA-approved ACNU therapeutics have transitioned from prescription to over-the-counter status, and no established conceptor technology platform exists for FDA-approved commercialization or licensable use, resulting in an absence of a competitive landscape for licensable ACNU Rx-to-OTC switch technologies. The Company's proprietary technology platform is in early development and seeks to differentiate itself by incorporating elements such as Artificial Intelligence to validate patient identification factors, in contrast to most existing platforms that rely primarily on questionnaire-based models. The platform is also being developed to integrate electronic health records and population longitudinal data.
