The company operates in the gaming, media, and entertainment industries, which are highly competitive and include numerous participants. Its competitors encompass a range of gaming operations such as casinos and hotel casinos of varying sizes and qualities, state and province-sponsored internet lotteries, sweepstakes including sweepstakes-based online skill-based (OSB) and online casino games, charitable gaming, video gaming terminals located in bars, restaurants, taverns, and truck stops, illegal slot machines and skill games, fantasy sports, historical horse racing gaming terminals, prediction markets, event contracts related to sports or other future outcomes including political elections, and third-party internet or mobile-based gaming platforms, both legal and illegal. Additionally, the company holds a licensing agreement to use the "Margaritaville" trademark for its operations in Bossier City, Louisiana.
