Nxu Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The electric vehicle (EV) charging market includes well-capitalized and established competitors offering various charging systems. These systems often experience inconsistent power delivery and face utility infrastructure limitations, affecting the consistency of the customer experience. Competitors primarily focus on installing charging infrastructure in high daily traffic consumer locations. There is a shortage of charging systems for commercial customers and a notable gap in systems designed for vehicles towing trailers. Most existing charging locations are designed for pull-in and park use, with power shared among connected vehicles. Nxu has developed a charging system capable of delivering up to 750 MW of power, which it identifies as the most powerful in the world.
