Liberty Broadband's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

Charter faces competition for residential customers from existing providers and new entrants driven by rapid technological advancements. Its residential Internet service competes with fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), fixed wireless broadband, satellite Internet, and DSL services. Several FTTH providers, including AT&T Inc. and Verizon, offer speeds of 1 Gbps or higher in areas overlapping Charter's service footprint.
