The Company operates as a vertically integrated OEM manufacturer specializing in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of complex components and subassemblies, incorporating metal stamping, electronics, and plastics manufacturing. Its primary competitors are smaller contract manufacturers based in Shenzhen, China, rather than large contract manufacturers such as FoxConn. The Company also faces competition from contract manufacturers in other low-cost countries and numerous global OEM manufacturers with greater manufacturing, financial, and marketing resources. Key competitive factors include quality, price, service, and reliable product delivery. The Company focuses on producing more complex products that leverage its comprehensive manufacturing capabilities.
