Flexshopper Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

FlexShopper operates in the non-prime consumer finance market, providing liquidity through lease-to-own (LTO) options. The company competes with national, regional, and local LTO and consumer finance businesses, as well as rental stores without purchase options. Some competitors have developed or may develop online systems offering leases and loans similar to FlexShopper's proprietary technology. FlexShopper utilizes specialized underwriting and risk management technology tailored for the online non-prime credit market, along with real-time proprietary technology and risk analytics. The company operates an online LTO marketplace and offers an omnichannel solution for retailers to increase sales through LTO options. Its business model supports scalable onboarding of new retailers and locations.
