Duke Robotics's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company operates in a competitive landscape where factors such as product and program performance, price, reputation, reliability, life cycle costs, overall customer value, and responsiveness to customer requirements, including rapid technological changes, influence its market position. Geographic and product market requirements also impact competitiveness. To address industry challenges, the company plans to adapt its business strategies and pursue strategic partnerships. Competitors and their partners may possess greater name recognition, financial resources, technical expertise, manufacturing capabilities, marketing strength, human resources, experience, infrastructure in commercializing civilian or defense products, and ability to obtain regulatory approvals globally. Despite the company's novel products and specialized knowledge of military operational demands and advanced robotics, the defense and military market remains competitive. The company complies with various government contracting regulations in Israel, the United States, and other countries, which involve significant compliance obligations and penalties.
