Adma Biologics Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The plasma products industry is characterized by intense competition from both U.S.-based and international producers. Key competitors include CSL Behring, Grifols, Takeda, Octapharma, BPL/Kedrion, and ADMA Biologics. In the United States, the primary producers of plasma-derived products are CSL Behring, Grifols, Takeda, and ADMA Biologics. Competition also arises from smaller local companies and from non-plasma products such as recombinant Factor VIII. In Europe, local companies may benefit from greater familiarity with healthcare systems, established infrastructures, existing regulatory approvals, and knowledge of regulatory processes, which can facilitate faster product marketing.
