Vroom Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

CarStory operates in the automotive data and service sector, competing with companies that provide valuation services, VIN data, website marketplaces, inventory aggregation, and retail ecommerce platforms. Many competitors in this industry are larger and have established sales and marketing teams. CarStory was acquired by Vroom and has concentrated on serving existing customers while developing its used vehicle database and data science models for retail pricing. These models are also utilized in UACC's business.
