Energy Fuels Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The rare earth elements (REE) industry is highly competitive, with China producing nearly 90% of refined REE products. The Company competes with Chinese firms and other international companies seeking to enter the REE market. Competition occurs throughout the REE supply chain, including RE Carbonate crack and leach, REE separation, metal and alloy production, magnet manufacturing, product marketing and sales, as well as in the acquisition of mineral properties and mining rights. Additionally, competition extends to securing capital, processing facilities, offtake agreements, and skilled personnel. The Company also faces competition in uranium sales and mineral prospect acquisition.
