As of September 30, 2025, 64.2% of the Bank's one- to four-family loan portfolio consisted of adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) loans, some of which did not conform to Freddie Mac's requirements due to borrower-specific reasons. The financial services industry faces increased competitive pressures, particularly in the origination of fixed-rate mortgage loans and ARM loans, with demand for each loan type influenced by this competition. Competitors include Freddie Mac.
