Target Hospitality's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company primarily competes with other private operators in the communities it owns, operates, or manages, emphasizing location, cost, quality and range of services, experience, and reputation. In the HFS-South and WHS segments, competitors are mainly small, independent businesses with few locations, limited contracts, fewer rooms, or RV parks that do not provide turnkey services or modular accommodation solutions. In the Government segment, competitors generally offer temporary facilities with seasonal contracts or tent services with limited scale and offerings. U.S. government sites typically contract third parties for limited, short-term hospitality services rather than owning and operating comprehensive hospitality solutions.
