It competes with regional and local manufacturers based on factors such as brand recognition and loyalty, quality, performance, product characteristics, marketing, product development, sales and distribution, and price. The company’s competitive advantages include its differentiated consumer value proposition, brand strength, broad and high-quality product portfolio, national manufacturing presence in the United States, and extensive dealer network. The company has completed several strategic acquisitions, including Coverstar Central, two smaller Coverstar dealers in New York and Tennessee, fiberglass pool manufacturing assets in Seminole, Oklahoma, Radiant Pools, and GLI. It also collaborates with specialist pool financing providers.
