Strategic Acquisitions Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company operates in the lending industry, serving small businesses and individuals in Asia and Europe. Its principal competitors include digital asset-backed lending companies, decentralized finance firms, credit services organizations, online lenders, credit card companies, and other financial institutions offering secured and unsecured loans. Additional competition arises from companies outside the United States that are subject to less stringent regulatory and compliance requirements. Traditional financial institutions may also increase competition as digital assets gain wider adoption. Competitors often have larger customer bases, longer operating histories, greater name recognition, and more substantial financial, technical, marketing, and other resources.
