Description of Streamex
Streamex Corp., formerly BioSig Technologies, Inc., operates primarily in tokenized finance and real-world asset digitization through its Streamex business. In 2025, the company acquired Streamex Exchange Corporation, enhancing its digital asset tokenization capabilities. Streamex offers digital assets including the GLDY gold-backed digital token, which is currently available for subscription. The company also maintains a legacy healthcare technology segment centered on advanced signal acquisition and analysis via its PURE EP™ platform. Streamex has established subsidiaries to expand applications of its signal processing technology: ViralClear Pharmaceuticals, Inc., focused on non-cardiac electrophysiology applications and approximately 69.7% owned by Streamex; and BioSig AI Sciences, Inc., which develops AI-enabled diagnostic and therapeutic technologies for cardiac and neurological disorders and is approximately 84.5% owned by Streamex. As of December 31, 2025, the Company operates as a single reportable segment. The Chief Operating Decision Maker evaluates financial performance and allocates resources on a consolidated basis. The Company manages its operations as one integrated business and does not prepare or review separate financial information for individual business units or subsidiaries. Management will monitor the CODM's review practices and internal reporting structure and will update segment disclosures if discrete financial information is regularly reviewed at a more detailed level.
