He has over 19 years of experience in mining and resource companies, including roles as CEO of NexMetals Mining Corp., President and co-founder of NexGold Mining, and senior positions at Freeport McMoRan, Rio Tinto, Golden Star Resources, and Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. Karl Henry McPhie, age 26, is Chief Executive Officer and Director, with experience in blockchain technology and financial innovation. He founded Lynx Web3 Solutions and FatCats Capital and holds a degree in Mining Engineering from McGill University. Mitchell Williams, CFA, age 57, is Chief Investment Officer with over 20 years of Wall Street investment management experience. Christine M. Plummer, age 54, is Chief Financial Officer.
