Presurance Holdings Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company operates in a market where some competitors possess financial strength ratings, offer a broader range of products, provide lower insurance coverage prices, and/or pay higher commissions. The company has withdrawn from participation in financial strength rating agencies such as A.M. Best and Kroll. This withdrawal may negatively affect its competitive position by influencing distribution partners and insureds to select other competitors, potentially harming its reputation and impacting business volumes and strategy execution. Independent agents (CIS and SSU) have the option to transfer their business to other insurers and are not required to sell or promote the company's products, which may lead them to favor competitors with stronger ratings or more attractive offerings.
