Pcb Bancorp's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The Company operates in a competitive market for originating adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) loans and residential mortgage loans, setting loan fees, interest rates, and other terms according to its pricing criteria and market conditions. It provides a range of commercial treasury management services, including balance reporting, transfers, wire transfer initiation, ACH origination, and various cash management deposit products, designed to compete with banks of all sizes. The Company regularly evaluates and adjusts its services based on customer needs, competitive factors, financial capabilities, technological developments, and regulatory changes. It maintains multiple full-service branches across California, the East Coast, Texas, and Georgia. The Bank's deposits are insured by the FDIC, which determines deposit insurance premiums based on asset levels and risk characteristics.
