The company competes with Jubilant DraxImage in I-131 radiopharmaceutical products, Eckert & Ziegler across its Calibration & Reference Products portfolio, and Epsilon Radioactive Sources in select markets with a limited product range. Its cobalt-60 products compete with Nordion. The Medical Device segment faces competition from Jubilant and Eckert & Ziegler. Additionally, several government entities manufacture competing products, including NTP (South Africa) for finished I-131 in African markets, BRIT (India) for local I-131 use, CIRC (China) for I-131 in mainland China, and Rosatom (Russia) for I-131 in Russian hospitals and clinics, as well as some calibration and reference source products for the local market.
