Idaho Strategic Resources Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The Company operates in the minerals exploration industry, competing primarily with other junior mining companies for capital to support exploration and development programs. Its gold operations are concentrated near the Golden Chest Mine. The Company resumed production at the Golden Chest Mine in October 2016 as the sole owner and operator and has consolidated 100% ownership of the mine. It has also resumed operations at the New Jersey Mill and assembled a significant rare earth element landholding in the United States. The Company may face competition from other mining companies if it expands geographically for exploration properties and mining assets. It is subject to economic conditions and risks inherent to the mineral industry, including the low probability of discovering a major ore deposit.
