The company supplies adhesives used in the manufacturing of consumer and industrial goods, including food and beverage containers, disposable diapers, medical products, windows, doors, appliances, sportswear, footwear, multi-wall bags, water filtration products, insulation, textiles, automobiles, recreational vehicles, buses, trucks, trailers, marine products, solar energy systems, electronics, and aerospace and defense products. It also provides products for residential, commercial, and industrial construction markets, such as sealing and waterproofing materials for roads, highways, bridges, and utilities; pressure-sensitive adhesives, tapes, and sealants for commercial roofing; and adhesives for contractors and do-it-yourself consumers. The company offers technical support and customized solutions to meet customer requirements. As of November 30, 2024, the company's operating segments were Hygiene, Health and Consumable Adhesives; Engineering Adhesives; and Construction Adhesives. Beginning in fiscal 2025, the segments were reorganized to form the Building Adhesive Solutions segment by combining certain businesses and divesting the North America Flooring business. Internationally, the company operates in 24 countries with sales offices and manufacturing plants, along with satellite sales offices in nine additional countries. It maintains integrated regional business units with local production and distribution. The company follows a global Code of Business Conduct and Core Policies and complies with U.S. economic sanctions, refraining from conducting business in Cuba, Iran, and North Korea.
