Description of Elauwit Connection Inc
The company provides broadband Internet networks focused on the multifamily and student housing property sectors. It offers Managed Services and Network-as-a-Service solutions designed to improve Internet connectivity for residents and deliver financial benefits to property owners. The company aims to be a leading participant in the multifamily property conversion market by leveraging its service commitment, operational experience, and flexibility. The U.S. market includes approximately 23 million apartment units, with an estimated 55% suitable for the company’s network services. The addressable market consists of about 12 million units in properties with 100 or more units for network overbuilds. Additionally, the U.S. is projected to require between 4.6 million and 11.7 million new apartment homes by 2030. Since its initial public offering in November 2025, the company has established a sales and marketing team that generated a pipeline of over 13,000 units within three months. As of March 20, 2026, the total pipeline is approximately 120,600 units, representing about $120 million in potential network construction revenue and an estimated $26 million in annual recurring revenue.
