Dan McDonough, Jr., age 50, has served as Executive Chairman since December 2019. He founded Elauwit, LLC in 2002 and Elauwit 1.0 in 2008, serving as CEO of Elauwit 1.0 until 2012 and then as Executive Chairman. Following the sale of most Elauwit 1.0 assets to Boingo in 2018, he was a strategic advisor to Boingo's Chairman and CEO for one year. His prior experience includes executive roles at Dow Jones & Company, Inc. and Gannett Co., Inc., as well as positions as a New York special correspondent and Washington-based Bureau of National Affairs reporter.
Barry Rubens, age 66, has been Chief Executive Officer and Director since December 2019. He was Senior Vice President of Development at Boingo from August 2018 to December 2019 and CEO of Elauwit 1.0 from 2012 until its acquisition by Boingo in 2018. He is also the founder of Davidson Telecom, LLC. From 1993 to 2002, Rubens held various positions at CT Communications, Inc., including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Taylor Jones, age 47, has served as President, Chief Technology Officer, and Director since December 2019. He was Vice President of Technology Solutions at Boingo from 2018 to 2019 and Chief Technology Officer of Elauwit 1.0 from 2008 to 2018. Prior to that, he was CTO of a Southeastern fiber-to-the-home provider from 2005 to 2008 and CTO of a Carolinas-based ISP from 2001 to 2005. Jones also worked as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2000 to 2001.
Sean Arnette, age 43, has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since January 2020. His previous roles include Vice President of Corporate Development at Alabama Shipyard, LLC from 2019 to 2020, Vice President of Private Wealth Management at Citizens Bank from 2014 to 2018, Private Wealth Management Associate at J.P. Morgan from 2012 to 2014, and Investment Banking Associate at Barclays from 2011 to 2012. Arnette served as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force from 2004 to 2007.
Rick Alder, age 67, has been Chief Operations Officer since March 2025. He was President of New Business Markets at Hosted America from 2021 to 2025 and President and Chief Operating Officer at Hosted America from 2016 to 2021. Alder served as Vice President of Client Relations at Elauwit 1.0 from 2015 to 2016, President and COO at RMK Corporation from 2013 to 2015, Executive Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Capital Broadband, LLC from 2006 to 2009, and President of Primecast (Broadstar, LLC) from 2009 to 2012. He also held various roles at Madison River Communications from 2002 to 2006.
