Description of Capforce Inc
CapForce Inc., formerly OpGen, Inc., was incorporated in Delaware in 2001. Initially, it operated as a precision medicine company specializing in molecular diagnostics and informatics for infectious diseases. Through its subsidiaries Curetis GmbH and Ares Genetics GmbH, it developed molecular microbiology solutions; these subsidiaries were later sold following insolvency proceedings. In 2024, CapForce restructured and shifted its focus to the financial services and technology sector. It established CapForce International Holdings Ltd., providing listing sponsorship and consultancy services to international companies seeking to list securities on exchanges. The company also entered the financial technology sector, supporting digital investment banking and capital table management. In 2025, CapForce acquired Sun Investment Enterprises Limited, owner of iCapX Sdn. Bhd., which offers cap table management and platform services featuring AI-driven analytics for listing readiness and predictive insights. CapForce provides capital market listing sponsorship services primarily to mid-sized growth-stage private companies in Asia, targeting public listings with market capitalizations between $1 billion and $10 billion. Its services include guidance on regulatory, financial, and governance requirements for listings on exchanges such as the NYSE and NASDAQ, as well as IPO and listing readiness assessments, capital and governance optimization, and investor relations strategy development. The company changed its name to CapForce Inc. and its ticker symbol to CFOR in 2026.
