John Tan Honjian, age 34, serves as Chairman of the Board. He has expertise in corporate strategy, private equity investment, and legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, foreign investment, private equity and venture capital transactions, private fund establishment and structuring, project financing, and property transactions. Since January 2015, he has been Chairman and CEO of AEI Capital Group, overseeing a private equity investment group with assets under management exceeding USD 3.0 billion.
