Cenntro Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company operates in the electric commercial vehicle (ECV) market by designing, developing, manufacturing, and distributing electric vehicles with a focus on cost efficiency. It employs a future-oriented, asset-light, distributed manufacturing business model. In the past year, the company introduced three new vehicle models: Avantier Ex, Avantier CX, and BM860H from Bison Motors. The Avantier Ex and Avantier CX are targeted at European and other non-US markets, while the BM860H is aimed at the US market. The company identifies few mature competitors in the global ECV market capable of producing cost-effective and financially viable vehicles. Its modular ECV design and business model enable competitive pricing with lower upfront and operating costs. The Metro® and Logistar™ Series feature proprietary lightweight chassis structures that reduce steel usage and battery power consumption relative to competitors. Additionally, the company's ECVs have fewer components and moving parts than internal combustion engine vehicles, resulting in lower maintenance costs. Bison Motors is identified as a competitor in company filings.
