Cincinnati Bell Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The competitive landscape includes customer migration to competitors and the use of wireless technologies instead of wireline voice services, as well as VoIP services provided by the Company and others. Customers have multiple long distance service options, but the Company's long distance usage has declined due to wireless substitution. The Company provides video entertainment products over its fiber network, serving 103,500 video subscribers in the Midwest as of December 31, 2025.
