Description of Buda Juice Inc
Buda Juice, founded in 2013 in Texas, produces UltraFresh™ cold-crafted citrus-based beverages that are never heat-treated or HPP-processed, maintaining continuous cold-chain control from orchard to retail shelf. The company initially expanded through retail stores before shifting focus to selling to established retailers. Its product line includes fresh citrus juices, lemonades, and wellness shots made in an SQF-certified production facility following FDA safety protocols. Offerings include organic wellness shots, a non-organic line called Buda Fresh featuring lime, lemon, orange, and grapefruit juices, and private label products in both organic and non-organic varieties. Buda Juice products have an 8-12 day shelf life designed to balance freshness with retail distribution requirements. The company completed a statutory conversion to a Delaware corporation in 2026 and is listed on the NYSE American under the ticker "BUDA".
