His previous roles include Vice President, Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and Director of Treasury at Borden Dairy Company. He founded Smart Business Concepts and is a CPA with a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. Karina Farquharson, age 47, is Vice President of Marketing & Data Analytics with over 20 years of experience in marketing, data analytics, and strategic planning. She has held analyst and planner roles at Neiman Marcus and Capital One. She holds a master's degree from Northwestern University and a Graduate Certificate from Southern Methodist University. Bryan Herr, age 65, is Executive Chairman with over 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He co-founded and served as CEO of Country Fresh, Inc., a producer and distributor of freshly cut fruits and vegetables, from 1988 through 2017.
