Description of Bioregenx
BioRegenx, Inc., formerly Findit, Inc., is a Nevada corporation engaged in the research, development, and commercialization of dietary supplements, medical devices, software, and contactless diagnostic technologies. The company and its subsidiaries conduct ongoing clinical studies related to certain products; however, efficacy and regulatory acceptance are not guaranteed. Their products are regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other authorities. Medical devices are subject to registration, labeling, quality system regulations, and sometimes premarket review. Dietary supplements comply with food labeling and manufacturing practices, while telehealth and diagnostic activities are governed by licensure and privacy laws.
BioRegenx acquired DocSun Biomedical Holdings, Inc., which integrates technologies such as ballistocardiography, photoplethysmography, and optical coherence tomography into its AI Engine for non-invasive vital sign estimation. DocSun is developing software and hardware enhancements and has entered into agreements to provide its AI technology in China, Hong Kong, Macao, and with NuLife Sciences, Inc., including the development of the TruScan.Ai mobile application. These initiatives focus on delivering comprehensive health monitoring through AI-powered diagnostics and user-friendly interfaces, with commercialization planned across various sectors, including electric vehicles.
The Company operates in a single reportable segment, consolidating all material operating units due to their similar customer base, economic characteristics, product and service nature, and procurement, manufacturing, and distribution processes. This segment includes finished goods inventories in medical testing, wellness devices, and nutritional products. Medical testing equipment components are purchased and assembled upon order and may be sold separately. Nutritional inventories are purchased as finished products with labels applied separately to support production runs. The Company acquired DocSun Biomedical Holdings, Inc., which provides medical diagnostic technology that complements and expands its product offerings.
