William Resides, age 57, serves as Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Director of the Company. He is also Co-founder and CEO of NuLife, a subsidiary, since October 2012, and managing member of Resides Enterprises, LLC since March 2016. His previous executive roles include positions at Loop Media, Inc., Crypto Insiders, LLC, Money Clip 360, Inc., AllTech Systems, LLC, Allwired Technologies, Inc., and Audio Visions, Inc.
Gary Hennerberg, age 69, is Secretary of the Company. He has previously served as Director, Secretary, and CEO of a subsidiary. His background includes work as a marketing consultant, speaker, columnist, and author of marketing books. He held vice president roles at U.S. Communications Marketing Agency and CMF&Z. Hennerberg holds a B.A. in Communications from Fort Hays State University.
Suzanne Bird, age 61, is a Director and has been Financial Administrator of the Fertility Center since 2006. She has experience in accounting software development from 1986 to 1991 and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern Adventist University. She is married to Joseph S. Bird, Jr., M.D., co-founder of the Company and NuLife.
Thomas Powers, age 50, is a Director. He has been a Board Member of Findit Inc. since 2014, President and Founder of Rent Button since 2017, and holds a senior position at Guesty, Inc. since 2023. His experience includes B2B ventures in Security, Merchant Services, Point of Sale, and SEO consulting.
Richard Janney, age 67, is a Director. He served as CFO at Lyten, Inc. (August 2022–January 2025), ClearNote Health (July 2021–February 2023), and Pinnacle Engines, Inc. (December 2019–June 2022). He has held senior accounting and financial officer roles at Skye Bioscience, Inc., Trident Microsystems, Inc., Asyst Technologies, Inc., and Jefferson Wells International, Inc. Janney earned his undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
