ATTRUBY (acoramidis) competes with Vyndaqel and Vyndamax (tafamidis meglumine and tafamidis), marketed by Pfizer, Inc. Infigratinib competes with BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc.'s Voxzogo® (vosoritide) and other investigational therapies.
