ALT5 Sigma, Inc. is a financial services and Fintech holding company specializing in digital asset economy solutions and over-the-counter trading. In 2025, ALT5 Sigma Corporation acquired Fortress II Holdings Ltd., operating as Mswipe, which offers multi-currency fiat payment card services and crypto-enabled capabilities integrated with ALT5's platform. Mswipe's physical and virtual cards function on Visa and Mastercard networks, allowing users to spend traditional and digital currencies worldwide. ALT5 Sigma sold its legacy recycling businesses in 2023.
