Zachary Witkoff, age 32, has served as Chairman of the Board since August 2025. He is Co-founder and CEO of World Liberty Financial, Inc. (WLFI) and President of Witkoff Capital since January 2020. He holds a BBA in finance and economics, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School.
Tony Isaac, age 71, has been a director since May 2015, President since May 2015, CEO from May 2016 to August 2024, and acting CEO since November 21, 2025. He has served as Corporate Secretary since 2021. Isaac is Financial Planning and Strategist/Economist at Live Ventures Incorporated since July 2012 and Chairman and Co-Founder of Isaac Organization. Nael Hajjar, age 41, has been a director since August 2018. He is an economist, data analyst, and certified Project Management Professional with experience in public opinion research and national accounting. Hajjar has held various analyst roles at Statistics Canada and holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honors in Economics) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Ottawa.
John Bitar, age 62, has been a director since January 2020. He has provided consulting services on business and legal strategies since 2012, co-founded a worker’s compensation law firm from 2007 to 2012, and has been an attorney admitted to the California State Bar since 1999. Bitar graduated from the University of Southern California in 1996 and earned a Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1999.
Dr. Adel Elmessiry, Ph.D., age 54, has been a director since January 2026. Further background information is not provided.
