Description of Verde Resources Inc

Verde Resources, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Nevada on April 22, 2010. The Company conducts business operations in Pahang Malaysia through Champmark Sdn Bhd ("CSB"), a privately limited liability company incorporated in Malaysia, which is a deemed subsidiary under the management control of our 100% subsidiary Gold Billion Global Limited ("GBL"), a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
The Company operates through three reportable business segments. These segments represent components of the enterprise for which separate financial information is available and regularly evaluated by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who serves as the chief operating decision maker (CODM). The CODM reviews the Company's overall operating results to make resource allocation and financial performance assessments. Sales and operating income are the primary metrics used to evaluate segment profit or loss and guide resource allocation decisions. Expenses associated with centralized administration or executive functions not attributable to any specific operating segment are classified as Corporate Unallocated.
