The Company operates a single reportable segment focused on the provision of High Performance Compute Services (HPC). This segment aligns with the consolidated financial information reviewed by the Group's chief operating decision maker (CODM), the Chief Executive Officer. Profitability is assessed based on operating profit or loss, which the CODM uses to evaluate performance and allocate resources. The CODM reviews significant segment expenses, including cost of revenues and selling, general and administrative expenses, excluding share-based compensation. For the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, the segment reported revenues of $1,566,631 and $438,292, segment expenses of $15,352,572 and $4,468,277, and segment losses from operations of $(13,785,941) and $(4,029,985), respectively. Other segment items include share-based compensation and other expenses.
