Wolf Schubert served as Chief Executive Officer of SharonAI from the consummation of the Business Combination until January 22, 2026. He had an employment agreement with SharonAI Operations LLC, a subsidiary of SharonAI, with an initial annual base salary of USD 200,000, which increased to USD 220,000 after certain corporate events. Schubert was also granted four equity awards under SharonAI's Equity Incentive Award Plan, contingent on performance criteria. James Manning has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 22, 2026. He entered into an Employment Offer Letter with SharonAI Pty Ltd with an annual base salary of AUD 200,000, eligibility for discretionary bonuses and share schemes, and superannuation contributions. Manning also provides services under an independent contractor agreement with SharonAI and SharonAI Pty Ltd through Manning Group Pty Ltd ATF MG Office Trust, receiving annual remuneration of AUD 334,500. Tim Broadfoot is Chief Financial Officer. Andrew Leece is Chief Operating Officer. Nicholas Hughes-Jones is Senior Vice President of Business Development.
