Manning also provides services under an independent contractor agreement with SharonAI and SharonAI Pty Ltd through Manning Group Pty Ltd ATF MG Office Trust, receiving annual remuneration of AUD 334,500. Tim Broadfoot is Chief Financial Officer. Andrew Leece is Chief Operating Officer. Nicholas Hughes-Jones is Senior Vice President of Business Development.
