Description of Nexentis Technologies Inc's Business Segments

As of December 31, 2024, the Company reported two segments: (i) Pathogen prevention and shelf life extension, comprising Save Food Ltd., and (ii) N2O emissions global warming solutions, comprising NTWO OFF Ltd. In April 2025, the Company sold NTWO OFF Ltd., classifying this segment as discontinued operations. Save Food Ltd. was also classified as discontinued operations as of December 31, 2025, due to a planned sale. Following these changes and the acquisition of MitoCareX in October 2025, the Company reassessed its segments. As of December 31, 2025, the Company reported two segments: (i) Biotechnology activity, consisting of MitoCareX from the acquisition date, and (ii) Renewable energy projects, consisting of NITO Renewable Energy, Inc. and a solar photovoltaic joint venture project. The Chief Operating Decision Maker evaluates performance and allocates resources primarily based on segment operating loss. Prior period segment information has been recast to conform to the current presentation.
