She holds a B.A. in accounting and is a certified public accountant in Israel. Ronen Rosenbloom has been a director since August 2020. He is an independent lawyer with a law firm specializing in white collar offenses since 2004 and serves on the boards of Xylo Technologies Ltd. and ScoutCam Inc. He holds an LL.B. Israel Berenstein has been a director since August 2020 and serves on the board of Plantify Foods, Inc. He has previously served on the boards of Jeffs’ Brands Ltd. and Upsellon Brands Holdings Ltd.
