We are a leading designer and manufacturer of a wide range of power generation
equipment and other engine powered products serving the residential, light commercial
and industrial markets. Power generation is our primary focus, which differentiates
us from our primary competitors that also have broad operations outside of the

on these products, we have one of the leading market positions in the power generation
market in North America and an expanding presence internationally. We believe
