The registrant operates a nationwide home and community-based healthcare services platform specializing in pharmacy and provider services for complex patients, including senior, specialty, and behavioral populations. Their integrated model delivers clinical and supportive care primarily in lower-cost home and community settings to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercially insured patients.
