Bitdeer Technologies Group's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company holds a leading position in proprietary hash rate, expanding more rapidly than its competitors. It offers hash rate through cloud subscription plans that provide customers with immediate cash payback and reduce operational requirements. The company manufactures SEALMINER mining rigs featuring advanced chips and power efficiency; however, delays in development or supply chain issues may affect its competitiveness and revenue. It manages a balance between external sales and internal use of SEALMINER units. Utilizing extensive relationships with local electricity experts and power enterprises globally, the company secures competitive electrical capacity and costs, targeting an average electricity cost of approximately US$45 per MWh for datacenters in 2025. Obtaining additional power resources is essential for growth in its mining, AI infrastructure, and cloud businesses, with failure to secure such resources potentially limiting expansion.
