Airspan Networks Holdings Inc's Comment on Competition and Industry Peers

The company operates in two primary markets: mobile radio access network (RAN) equipment and services, and wireless broadband access. In the RAN market, its main competitors include Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Samsung Group, and ZTE Corporation, as well as smaller firms such as Inseego Corp, JMA Wireless, KMW Co Ltd, and Mavenir. In the wireless broadband market, competition arises from both direct competitors and alternative access technologies including wireline DSL, fiber, cable, and satellite. Direct competitors in wireless broadband include Cambium Networks, Proxim Wireless Corporation, Ruckus Networks (a division of CommScope Inc.), Ubiquiti Inc., and other smaller companies. The company also acknowledges that some customers may develop the capability to manufacture their own products. In its 4G network business, the company utilizes software-centric small cell technology to offer densification solutions that complement the macro cell architectures provided by larger end-to-end competitors.
